Job summary

Qualifications

Education: Master’s or Doctoral degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling or related CACREP-accredited program.
Licensure: Must hold a full, current, unrestricted license to independently practice as an LPMHC.

Grandfathering: Certain employees may be grandfathered under previous standards.

Responsibilities

Engage in intake and assessment, problem identification, diagnosis, treatment planning and implementation.
Coordinate continuum of care and conduct follow-up.
Provide professional counseling using DSM-based goals and interventions.
Collaborate on interdisciplinary teams and contribute to patient care plans.
