Job summary

Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center is seeking an experienced mental health professional to provide individual, family, and group counseling. You will mentor fellows, coordinate care with primary providers, and document case progress in the electronic health record.

The role requires a master's degree in a related field and licensure (LPC/LCSW/LMFT or equivalent) with at least three years of related experience. This is a full-time daytime position in Lubbock, Texas.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.
• 3 years of related experience required.
• Licenses such as LPC, LCSW, LMFT or equivalent must be current or in process.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy per collaborative care protocols.
• Oversee and mentor mental health fellows with weekly supervision and case reviews.
• Maintain complete clinical documentation in the EHR.
• Collaborate with primary care to develop behavioral health care plans.
• Participate in case conferences, faculty development, and QA activities.
• Contribute to curriculum development and training sessions.
• Monitor fellow compliance with licensing requirements.
