• Experience delivering psychosocial assessments and multiple therapy modalities.
• Ability to coordinate with interdisciplinary teams and community resources.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychosocial assessments and individual, couples, family, and group therapy.
• Develop treatment plans with veterans and their families in collaboration with the treatment team.
• Coordinate community-based services and referrals to VA and partner programs.
• Identify high-risk patients and provide crisis intervention and referrals as needed.
• Participate in program evaluation, education, and committee activities.
