The Oregon Counselors Directory is seeking a fully licensed EMDR-trained mental health counselor (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) for a hybrid contractor role. You will provide individual therapy to adults with EMDR as a core modality, two in-person afternoons weekly, plus a virtual caseload you build around your schedule.

This position offers flexibility, allows occasional work with children or teens, and uses a split percentage commission based on experience and existing caseload.

Qualifikationen

• Active Oregon license: LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
• EMDR training or certification is required.
• Minimum 2 years of direct counseling experience with adults.

We're seeking a fully licensed mental health counselor (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) trained in EMDR to join our practice. This is an independent contractor position with a hybrid schedule: two set in-person afternoons each week, plus a virtual caseload you build around your own availability. Split percentage commission, based on experience and existing case load.

What you'll do

• Provide individual therapy to adult clients, with EMDR as a core treatment modality for trauma, anxiety, and depression
• Openness to occasionally treating children and/or teens, depending on your experience and comfort level
• Conduct intakes, assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Maintain timely, compliant clinical documentation (progress notes, treatment plans, etc.)
• Coordinate care with referring providers as needed
• Maintain a caseload consistent with your availability and comfort level

Education and licensure

• Active Oregon license: LPC, LCSW, or LMFT

Requirements

• Active Oregon license: LPC, LCSW, or LMFT
• Minimum of 2 years of direct counseling experience with diverse individuals in a clinical setting
• Comfortable delivering both in-person and tele-health services
• Familiarity with integrative and holistic wellness approaches is a plus
