The Licensed Mental Health Counselor will provide individual and, when appropriate, family or relationship-focused counseling to clients using culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and evidence-based approaches. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting intake assessments, developing and updating treatment plans, delivering psychotherapy sessions, documenting clinical encounters, and coordinating care with other providers or community supports as needed.
