Job summary

Harmonia Collaborative Care in New York is seeking a licensed mental health professional (LMHC, LCSW or LMSW) to join our outpatient clinical team. The role offers a flexible schedule, 37.5 hours per week, Friday hours until 1:00 p.m., no weekends, and a supportive, collaborative work environment.

You will provide individual, family and group therapy, complete assessments, maintain documentation, and connect clients with community resources while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Active New York State LMHC, LCSW or LMSW license.
• Experience providing mental health counseling or psychotherapy.
• Strong communication, documentation and time-management skills.
• A compassionate, client-centered approach.
• A commitment to ethical and culturally responsive care.

Responsibilities

We are seeking an LMHC, LCSW or LMSW to join our outpatient clinical team and make a meaningful difference in the Western New York Community. This flexible position offers the opportunity to build a rewarding clinical career while maintaining a healthy balance outside of work.

37.5 hours per week, Fridays ending at 1:00 p.m., no weekends, 13 paid holidays each year, generous PTO, and an excellent benefits package.
