Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree required from an accredited college or university.
• Experience with DSM-V and psychiatric assessment.
• Ability to provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families and groups.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, coordinates, and evaluates clinical treatment programs for members with acute or chronic mental illness.
• Provides outpatient psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families and groups.
• Prepares intake summaries, treatment plans, and case summaries and maintains confidential records.
• Collaborates with physicians and health professionals to plan and direct each member's treatment program.
• Supervises Post Masters Fellows and other clinicians as needed.
• Participates in department on-call rotation.
• Reports safety concerns to mandated reporting agencies.
