Job Overview :
We are seeking a full-time licensed clinician to work as part of a multidisciplinary Health and Wellness Team on a thriving, fast-paced college campus. The clinician will primarily see students within the College’s Counseling Center, but also have administrative responsibilities and opportunities to collaborate with other departments on campus. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working both collaboratively and independently to provide clinical care to students, engage in consultative and crisis intervention work, and deliver outreach services to the larger campus community. The clinician will work closely with the Director of Health & Wellness in ensuring the provision of high-quality clinical services to students and have the opportunity to provide clinical supervision and training for Master level student interns. The ideal candidate will have general expert knowledge of mental health, along with specific knowledge of trends in college mental health. Additionally, the candidate will have experience with and proficiency in providing evidence-based counseling that is culturally responsive and attuned to the current mental health needs of college students.

Full-time employees are eligible to receive medical, dental, and vision benefits.Full-Time employees can earn between 18-23 paid time off a year. The employer covers tuition remission after 90 days of employment and covers 100 % (employees responsible for books and technology fees). The college is committed to work-life balance and has a summer schedule from June through August. We currently have 14 paid holidays, including a winter break.
