Oakmont Management Group’s Ivy Park at Seal Beach is seeking a Medication Nurse to supervise and assist in administering medications to residents as ordered by the physician. Responsibilities include managing the medications room, documenting correctly, and coordinating with pharmacies and care teams.

The role requires a California LVN/RN license, strong attention to detail, and the ability to interact compassionately with seniors. Equal opportunity employer.

Formación

• Licensed LVN or RN with valid California license in good standing.
• Experience with medication administration and elderly care preferred.
• Ability to document accurately and coordinate with pharmacy and physicians.

Responsabilidades

• Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered by physicians.
• Maintain medication room/cart security and documentation per policy.
• Coordinate medication services with residents, pharmacy, and physicians.
• Observe, document, and report any medication issues or refusals to supervisor.
• Keep accurate resident medication and care records; ensure compliance with policies.
