Qualifications

• Active Group 1- Life and Health Insurance Licenses required.
• 3+ years’ experience in customer service, sales, or healthcare-related industry.
• Ability to clear a State required background check.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound sales calls from customers interested in our Medicare offerings.
• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and leads.
• Accurately document interaction details and meet key performance indicators.
