Job summary

Belliard’s Salon & Spa is seeking an experienced Licensed Esthetician to join our Cherry Hill team. The role focuses on medical-grade and advanced esthetics, hydration therapies, nano-needling, and customized treatment plans to help guests achieve their skincare and body goals.

You should have 3+ years of esthetics experience in a spa or medical spa setting, a NJ esthetician license, and a passion for educating guests on skincare and home care.

Qualifications

• Holds a current New Jersey Esthetician License.
• 3+ years of professional esthetics experience.
• Experience in a spa, medical spa or advanced-esthetics environment.
• Confident performing advanced facial and body treatments.
• Capable of thorough consultations and treatment planning.
• Able to educate guests about skincare and home care.
• Can recommend professional retail products.
• Understands rebooking and guest retention.
• Warm, polished, professional and dependable.
• Maintains exceptional sanitation and treatment-room standards.
• Open to continuing education and learning new treatment technologies.
• Wants a long-term career within an established salon and spa.
• Established clientele welcome but not required.

Belliard’s Salon & Spa is seeking an experienced Licensed Esthetician with a background in medical and advanced esthetics to join our established salon and spa team.

We are looking for a confident, skilled professional who is passionate about results-driven skincare, body treatments and creating an exceptional guest experience.

The ideal candidate has experience in both traditional esthetics and advanced treatments and is comfortable developing customized treatment plans that help guests achieve their skincare and body goals.

• Body Contouring & Cavitation
• Hydration Facials
• Nano-Needling
• Advanced customized facials
• Dermaplaning
• Professional skin analysis
• Customized treatment planning
• Mature and aging skin
• Hyperpigmentation and uneven skin tone
• Acne and congested skin
• Skin texture and rejuvenation treatments
• Facial and body waxing
• Professional skincare and home-care recommendations
• Experience with additional services such as brow lamination, brow shaping and tinting, lash lifts and tinting is a plus.

Schedule

Belliard’s is open Wednesday through Sunday and closed Monday and Tuesday.

Availability for a combination of days, evenings and weekends is required.

Full-time preferred; strong part-time candidates will be considered.
