Capizzi MD Cosmetic Surgery & Skincare in Charlotte, NC seeks an experienced Licensed Medical Aesthetician to join our team on-site. The ideal candidate combines technical skill with a passion for exceptional patient experiences, building lasting relationships, and thoughtful, comprehensive aesthetics planning.

Join an integrated team of injectors and surgeons, with access to a broad suite of laser platforms and medical-grade skincare.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a medical aesthetics or med spa setting.
• Hands-on experience performing laser and energy-based aesthetic treatments.
• Strong consultation skills with the ability to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Relationship-driven, polished, and committed to an elevated patient experience.
• Comfortable with posting on social media platforms as needed.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with injectors and surgical team to create individualized treatment plans.
• Provide advanced aesthetic treatments and monitor patient outcomes.
• Educate patients on skincare routines and post-treatment care.
• Maintain a high standard of patient experience and relationship-building.

Capizzi MD is looking for an experienced Licensed Medical Aesthetician to join our team in Charlotte, NC.

We’re looking for more than technical skill. We want someone who is passionate about creating an exceptional patient experience, building lasting relationships, and taking a thoughtful, comprehensive approach to aesthetics.

At Capizzi MD, our aestheticians work collaboratively alongside our injectors, surgical team, and fellow aesthetic providers to create individualized treatment plans that help our patients look and feel their best.

Our ideal candidate is:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a medical aesthetics or med spa setting
• Previous hands-on experience performing laser and energy-based aesthetic treatments (offered at Capizzi MD: Sciton BBL Heroic, MOXI, HALO TriBrid, Contour TRL/MicroLaser Peel; Candela GentleMax Pro; Candela PicoWay/Tattoo Removal)
• Confident with advanced aesthetic treatments, lasers, Hydrafacial, and medical-grade skincare
• Strong consultation skills with the ability to develop comprehensive treatment plans
• Relationship-driven, polished, and committed to an elevated patient experience
• Comfortable with posting on social media platforms as needed
• Motivated by both personal growth and the success of the team
• Excited to contribute to the continued growth of the Capizzi MD brand

Experience with Hydrafacial, miraDry, ZO Skin Health, and SkinBetter Science is a plus.
