Who we are looking for:

Relive Health is looking for a Medical Aesthetician excited about growing and learning about the world of aesthetics and medicine! The qualified Medical Aesthetician requires client care and education regarding high-level aesthetic practices and procedures including, but not limited to detailed consultations and treatment plans, invasive and noninvasive procedures, laser hair removal, laser skin resurfacing, chemical peels, HydraFacial, dermaplaning, skin rejuvenation, a thorough understanding of medical grade skin care products, pre- and post-care procedures. Instead of transactional care, the Medical Aesthetician will be skilled in creating and fostering relationships that require ongoing care, active listening, and educating our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Administers aesthetic treatments in accordance with RELIVE Health policies and procedures
• Evaluates the client’s suitability for all available services/treatments and perform treatments that same day
• Provides relevant and concise information regarding desired treatments and their risks including pre- and post- care instructions.
• Educates patients on aesthetic services such as laser skin rejuvenation, at-home products and injectable services
• Completes detailed paperwork and consent forms
• Demonstrates exceptional teamwork skills and flexibility to assist team members as needed.
• Monitors, records, resolves and reports patients' concerns and documents services provided
• Adheres to all policies, along with all State and Federal regulations
• Completes charts in detail; makes personalized notes and records information
• Maintains professional standards
• Applies knowledge of sterile techniques, OSHA regulations, and HIPAA requirements
• Maintains up-to-date licensing and training certifications in aesthetic procedures
• Follows company guidelines for weekly social media postings to promote services and procedures
• Performs follow-up calls to patients after procedures and skincare purchases

Qualifications/Education Requirements and Work Environment:

• Must have 2 years experience as a Licensed Medical Aesthetician with an established following
• Experience with SkinPen microneedling, HydraFacial, medical-grade peels, Clarity 2 laser required
• Complete both ZO Core and Advanced Series learning tracks to become ZO Certified within 60 days of employment.
• Good computer skills including MS Office Suite, Salesforce, etc.
• Exceptional teamwork skills
• Maintain professional appearance and demeanor
• Provide a social media portfolio

Work Environment:

• Operate in a medical facility with client care equipment and hazardous materials. Exposure to bloodborne pathogens is possible.
• Ability to move quickly in response to clients’ needs, stand for long periods, and perform physical tasks.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details:

Part-time (2–3 days per week, Fridays and Saturdays required)

Compensation:

• $18–$20 per hour
• 10% commission on services performed
