Job summary

Courtyards at Lake Granbury, a Sonida Senior Living community, is seeking a licensed Medication Aide to join our caregiving team in Granbury, TX. You will administer medications, monitor residents, and support daily living activities with compassionate care.

You will also supervise CNAs as directed and ensure safety and comfort for our residents in a memory care/assisted living setting. Training and benefits are provided onsite.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in the state as a Medication Aide and maintain current, active, and unencumbered licensure.

Responsibilities

• Set up and administer resident medications as ordered by physicians and per professional standards; may supervise CNAs as directed.
• Provide personal hygiene assistance (baths, grooming, shaves) and help with travel to bathroom.
• Assist with activities of daily living: serving meals, feeding, ambulation, turning, positioning, hydration.
• Maintain patient stability by checking vital signs and weight, testing urine, recording intake and output information.
