Job summary

Stability Staffing & Consulting LLC seeks a licensed behavioral health professional to support the San Antonio Healthy Start Program and its maternal, infant, child, and family health initiatives. The selected clinician will provide license-appropriate clinical services, consultation, education, and program support.

Responsibilities may vary based on the clinician's professional license and scope of practice.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Current and valid professional license appropriate to the position.
• Successful completion of a background check.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Availability to work Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM–4:30 PM, with occasional evenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide license-appropriate clinical services, consultation, education, and program support.
• Deliver maternal, infant/child, and family health education.
• Conduct community presentations and health education activities for participants and stakeholders.
• Review, develop, and assist with educational curriculum and materials.
• Co-facilitate program initiatives and support staff training.
