Ideal candidates hold an LMSW with CSWE-accredited education; LCSW is preferred.

Qualifications

Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) - IOP Group Facilitator

Knoxville Center for Behavioral Medicine is seeking a compassionate Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to join our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) as a Group Facilitator. This position is ideal for a clinician who enjoys group therapy, psychoeducation, treatment planning, and helping individuals build skills that support recovery and stability.

LCSW preferred, but qualified LMSW candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate therapeutic and psychoeducational groups
• Develop and support individualized treatment plans
• Complete timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment
• Connect patients with community resources and supports

Qualifications

Required:

• Master's Degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited program
• Current Tennessee LMSW license
• Strong communication, documentation, and group facilitation skills

Preferred:

• Tennessee LCSW license
• Experience with adult and/or geriatric populations
• Training in CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, substance use treatment, or other evidence-based practices
