Summary of Job Duties: This posting will be used to fill multiple positions in the Emergency Department, Inpatient Medical Floors, Women and Infant Service Line/Neonatal ICU. Shifts vary (Weekdays, Weekends, Days).
The Licensed Social Worker will assist in managing patient care from admission to discharge, including assessment of psychological, financial, and discharge needs, providing support, counseling, and referrals for various age groups, including neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations.
