We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Virtual Clinical Mental Health Therapist with a current LMSW (Licensed Master Social Worker) or LGPC (Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor) credential in the state of Maryland. The therapist will provide telehealth counseling services to clients experiencing a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief. This is a remote position that requires a high level of autonomy, clinical competence, and ethical responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual (and/or group/family) therapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms
• Complete initial consult calls
• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing evaluations
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches (e.g., CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care)
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and licensing standards
• Participate in regular clinical supervision and team meetings (as required by licensing)
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care providers, and other treatment professionals as needed
• Adhere to ethical, legal, and professional standards set by the Maryland Board of Social Work Examiners or Maryland Board of Professional Counselors
• Willingness to provide marketing support

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling
• Active Maryland LMSW or LGPC license in good standing (required)
• Experience providing therapy to diverse populations, preferably in a virtual or outpatient setting
