Job Title: Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)

Location: Highland Mills, NY

Salary: $35 hourly

Schedule: Part-time; Fridays and Sundays from 5pm to 9pm

Seeking a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to provide clinical mental health services under the supervision of a licensed clinical professional. This part-time position involves client assessments, treatment planning, counseling, and care coordination.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial client assessments, establish diagnoses, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress toward treatment goals.
• Provide individual, family, and group counseling, psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and psychoeducation to address mental health and behavioral needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, families, and outside providers to coordinate services and support client wellness.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including assessments, progress notes, treatment plans, and billing records, while participating in clinical supervision.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work and an active New York State LMSW license in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years of supervised post-graduate clinical social work experience in diagnosis, psychotherapy, and treatment planning, or part-time equivalent.
• Strong assessment, counseling, communication, and documentation skills with a commitment to confidentiality and ethical practices.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems, such as Picasso, and the ability to work collaboratively with clinical teams.
