Thriveworks is seeking provisionally licensed clinicians pursuing New Mexico licensure as an LCSW in Albuquerque, NM. The role combines telehealth and in-person sessions within a nationwide hybrid model, supported by a clinician-led culture.

Applicants must be LMSW candidates, reside near Albuquerque, and be able to work in the office during a probationary period, then shift to a 50/50 hybrid schedule. A strong emphasis is placed on measurable client progress and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Must be provisionally licensed as an LMSW pursuing New Mexico licensure.
• Must reside within 45 minutes of the Albuquerque office.
• Hybrid work model: 50% in office and 50% remote.
• Graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program.
• Experience in counseling settings treating depression and anxiety; intakes and diagnosis under supervision preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to clients.
• Conduct intakes and assist with DSM-5 based diagnoses under supervision.
• Maintain availability for a minimum of 25 sessions per week and 30 hours of weekly availability.
• Utilize telehealth and EHR tools effectively.
• Collaborate with clinical team and support staff to ensure continuity of care.
