Job summary

Mr. Rooter of Sioux Falls is seeking a licensed Master Plumber to lead and supervise residential plumbing projects. You will design, diagnose, and repair plumbing systems, while mentoring apprentices and ensuring all work complies with codes and company standards.

You will oversee installations, lead teams, and coordinate with inspectors and customers. Strong reading of blueprints, problem-solving, and clear communication are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Master Plumber license and be licensed to work in the state/local jurisdiction.
• Proven leadership and project management experience in residential plumbing projects.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills, with professional, clear explanations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, design, install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems.
• Lead residential plumbing projects and mentor apprentices and plumbers.
• Ensure all work meets codes, regulations, and company standards.
• Inspect work, troubleshoot complex issues, and coordinate with contractors and inspectors.
