Job summary

Walmart is seeking a dynamic Licensed Manager, Facilities Maintenance Operations to oversee predictive and preventative maintenance of facilities in a regional area. You will lead a team of technicians, ensuring efficient building operations, safety, and sustainability while coordinating with store managers and leadership.

Required: Master Plumber license, 5 years in facilities management (or 3 years with a relevant bachelor’s degree), EPA 608, and a strong leadership track record.

Qualifications

• Licensed Master Plumber with 5 years’ facilities management/related experience, or 3 years with a relevant bachelor’s degree.
• EPA 608 Certification within 90 days of hire.
• Master Electrician License or equivalent.
• Ability to travel ~50% within region.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee predictive and preventative maintenance of facilities in a regional area.
• Lead a team of technicians; coordinate with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership.
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors; ensure compliance and quality.
• Provide reporting and analytics on operations.
• Maintain up-to-date licenses and permits; conduct site inspections for codes and safety.
