Hand & Stone Reston is expanding our team of Licensed Estheticians to better serve members and guests. We emphasize skincare as a lifestyle and empower estheticians to tailor long-term plans and superior facial experiences.

As an Esthetician, you will maintain licensure, provide world-class service, and contribute to client education and ongoing skincare goals in a growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working.
• Carry Esthetics liability insurance.
• Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations.
• Provide world class client experience with top-level services.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans including homecare regimens.
• Maintain a friendly and helpful attitude with clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients, spa management and staff.
• Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership.
• Participate in hands-on training, workshops and webinars.

Responsibilities

• Perform esthetic treatments and skincare services for guests.
• Educate clients on skincare routines and products.
• Maintain clean, sanitized treatment rooms and proper equipment.
• Collaborate with team to ensure a superior guest experience.
• Stay compliant with licensing and safety regulations.
