Hand & Stone Alexandria is expanding our team of Licensed Estheticians to serve our members and guests with skincare that makes a difference. We offer a supportive environment, with a focus on education, results-driven treatments, and long-term plans tailored to each client’s goals.

As an Esthetician you will maintain your state license, carry liability insurance, and comply with licensing laws. You will deliver world-class experiences, build relationships, and contribute to a thriving spa team

Qualifications

• Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working.
• Carry Esthetics liability insurance.
• Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations.
• Provide world class client experience by performing top-level services.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including homecare regimens.
• Create an excellent experience through a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Effectively communicate with clients, spa management, and staff.
• Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership.
• Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars.
