Hand & Stone Reston is hiring licensed Estheticians to provide world-class skincare services in Reston, VA. You will design and implement progressive treatment plans and educate clients on at-home regimens while meeting sales and performance goals.

• Carry Esthetics liability insurance
• Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations

• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including homecare regimens, based on the client's skincare goals
• Create an excellent experience through your friendly and helpful attitude
• Effectively communicate with clients, spa management, and staff
• Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership
• Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars

As an Esthetician, you will
