Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a Licensed Master Esthetician to join a team focused on delivering outstanding skincare experiences. You will perform high-quality esthetic services, create customized treatment plans, and help clients achieve radiant skin.

Qualifications

• Active esthetics license in the appropriate state.
• Ability to carry esthetics liability insurance.
• Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level services.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on client skincare goals.
• Participate in hands-on training, workshops, and webinars.
• Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa management.
• Create excellent experiences for members/guests through a friendly attitude.
• Generate new clientele through referrals and memberships.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-level esthetic services to clients.
• Design personalized treatment plans based on skincare goals.
• Maintain clean, professional treatment rooms and equipment.

Roles And Responsibilities

• An active Master Esthetics license in the appropriate state
• Ability to carry Esthetics liability insurance
• Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level services
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on the client’s skincare goals
• Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars
• Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa management
• Create excellent experience for members/guests through friendly and helpful attitude
• Generate new clientele through promoting member referrals and memberships
• Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
