Job summary

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a licensed Esthetician in Florida to help clients unlock their skin’s potential and feel confident in their own skin.

Join a team focused on innovative skincare, customized treatment plans, and building relationships through repeat visits. You will perform top-tier facial services, design progressive skincare programs, participate in trainings, and promote memberships while maintaining a welcoming, professional environment.

Qualifications

• Active esthetics license in the appropriate state.
• Ability to carry esthetics liability insurance.
• Provide excellent service to members and guests.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on client skincare goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-level facial services to members and guests.
• Create and adjust progressive treatment plans aligned with skincare goals.
• Participate in hands-on training, workshops, and webinars.
• Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa management.
• Promote memberships and encourage referrals.
• Maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• An active Esthetics license in the appropriate state
• Ability to carry Esthetics liability insurance
• Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level services
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on the client’s skincare goals
• Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars
• Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa management
• Create excellent experience for members/guests through friendly and helpful attitude
• Generate new clientele through promoting member referrals and memberships
• Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas
