Position: Licensed Massage Therapy Instructor
Employment Type: Part-Time

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience
Minimum Qualifications
Applicants must have:
- Current Texas Massage Therapy Instructor (MTI) License
- Current Texas Massage Therapy License
- Ability to demonstrate an effective classroom presentation during the interview process
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Professional attitude with a passion for mentoring future therapists

Essential Responsibilities
As a Massage Therapy Instructor, you will:
- Develop lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and Texas state requirements.
- Deliver engaging lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on instruction.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate attendance, grades, and student progress records.
- Create a respectful, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
- Ensure classroom and laboratory areas remain organized, clean, and OSHA compliant.
- Collaborate with the Program Director and fellow instructors regarding student progress.
- Participate in faculty meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities.
- Model professionalism and ethical behavior for students.
Preferred Qualifications
Although not required, preference may be given to candidates with:
- Previous teaching or mentoring experience
- Continuing education instructor experience
- Specialty certifications
- Clinical experience in multiple massage modalities
