Job Overview

Are you a results-driven Licensed Massage Therapist passionate about helping people maximize their potential? We seek therapists skilled in multimodal manual therapy and movement science. Responsibilities

1. Perform various massage modalities (deep tissue, sports, prenatal, Swedish) in a professional setting.
2. Assess client needs and develop treatment plans.
3. Maintain cleanliness of treatment rooms.
4. Comply with all regulatory requirements including documentation.

Qualifications

• Valid CA license or certification.
• At least one year of experience preferred for higher compensation.
• Ability to generate and retain clients.
• Availability for evenings and weekends (part-time/full-time).
• Strong understanding of anatomy and movement.
• Excellent communication skills and positive attitude.
• Computer literacy and high ethical standards.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay ranges from $39.50 to $43.50 per session, with additional non-session hourly pay and bonus potential. Benefits include competitive salary, industry-leading commissions, complimentary club membership, and perks across our services.
