Job Description

Are you a results-driven Licensed Massage Therapist passionate about helping people maximize their potential? We are seeking Licensed Massage Therapists interested in a multimodal approach to manual therapy and movement science. The Licensed Massage Therapist responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Performing massages of various durations (25, 50, 80, 110 minutes) including deep tissue, sports, prenatal, and Swedish massages
• Analyzing client needs and creating treatment plans
• Cleaning treatment rooms after each session and at shift end
• Maintaining compliance with all state regulations regarding intake forms, waivers, and SOAP notes

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will:

• Possess a valid CA license or certification
• Have at least one year of experience (consideration for higher compensation)
• Be able to generate new business and retain clients
• Have evening and weekend availability (part-time and full-time)
• Understand anatomy and movement related to soft tissue manipulation
• Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Be eager to learn with positive energy
• Be computer literate
• Maintain high ethical standards

Pay Transparency: $39.50-$43.50 per session; $17.28/hour for non-session work, with bonus potential.
