Compensation Package:

• Base Salary: $20.00-$25.00 for a 50-minute Swedish massage, depending on experience
• Commission: Uncapped, based on sales performance; upgrades from $3-$8, with top earners making an additional $6-$9/hour
• Tips: Average 18%-25% of nonmember price, typically $20-$30 on base services, increasing with upgrades

Total Average Earnings: Full-time therapists typically earn $65,000-$88,000 annually; part-time earn $33,000-$44,000, based on individual performance and hours worked.
