With innovative services, customized treatment plans, and a focus on building relationships, our Massage Therapists are educated and empowered to make each client's massage appointment the highlight of their month!

Compensation Package:

• Base Service Rate: $20.00-$25.00 for a 50-minute Swedish massage, based on experience and skills
• Uncapped commission structure, with upgrades from $3-$8 and top performers earning an additional $6-$9/hour
• Average tips of 18%-25% of the nonmember price, with tips directly received via Tippy, averaging $20-$30 on base services

Total Average Earnings: Full-time high performers typically earn $65,000-$88,000 annually, while part-time high performers earn $33,000-$44,000, based on individual performance and service hours.
