The NOW Massage Greenwood Village, CO is seeking Licensed Massage Therapists for weekend shifts. This role offers a clear pathway to higher earnings through Weekend Peak Pay and a sign-on bonus up to $2,000. You’ll join a locally owned boutique with a loyal guest base and supportive leadership.

Typical duties include performing massage services, tailoring treatments per guest needs, and using add-ons like cupping or prenatal therapy. Weekend availability is highly desired.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado Massage Therapy License (DORA).
• Strong knowledge of Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented.
• Saturday and/or Sunday availability strongly preferred.
• Sports Massage, Prenatal Massage, Myofascial Release, or spa experience is a plus—but not required

Responsibilities

• Perform exceptional massage therapy services
• Consult with guests before each service to customize treatments based on their needs and health history
• Deliver outstanding 50- and 80-minute massage experiences
• Perform enhancement services and add-on treatments such as cupping, gua-sha, prenatal, and deep tissue
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary treatment room
• Build a loyal request clientele through exceptional guest care—we provide the guests for you to build a strong following
• Collaborate with our leadership team to provide a seamless guest experience
• Continue growing your skills through paid training and continuing education opportunities

Earn $55–$80+ per service hour with WEEKEND PEAK PAY, plus up to a $2,000 sign-on bonus!

Our weekends are some of our busiest and highest-demand days, and we are currently looking for Licensed Massage Therapists who can help us meet that demand. To reward weekend availability, we offer additional Peak Pay for qualifying Saturday and Sunday shifts, giving you the opportunity to increase your earnings during our busiest days.

Compensation

Typical earnings: $55–$80+ per service hour (this includes gratuity)

Compensation includes:

Weekend availability gives you the opportunity to earn more while working during some of our highest-demand shifts.

Up to a $2,000 Sign-On Bonus

We're offering qualified candidates up to a $2,000 sign-on bonus based on schedule commitment and availability, with priority given to candidates who can consistently support our high-demand shifts.

The bonus is paid in quarterly installments while you remain actively employed and maintain your agreed-upon schedule.
