Job summary

The NOW Massage Boulder is hiring Licensed Massage Therapists for part-time and full-time W-2 positions in a vibrant Boulder studio. Expect competitive pay, a $300 signing bonus after 90 days, and a steady schedule with loyal guests and members.

Average pay is $58-$61 per hour for 50-minute sessions and $78-$83 for 80-minute sessions, with bonuses and incentives. Front desk handles marketing, scheduling, and supplies so you can focus on massage.

Qualifications

• Colorado Massage License/certification required in Colorado.
• Knowledge of Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage and other modalities such as Deep tissue, Myofascial, Cupping, Gua sha, Hot Stones.
• Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 6 hours.

Responsibilities

• Share the healing power of touch to inspire and transform through the benefits of massage therapy.
• Provide therapeutic massage through a variety of modalities (Sports, Pre-Natal, Stretching Techniques, etc.)
• Maintain service room to standards. All supplies are provided.
• Will consider qualified candidates beginning their careers in massage therapy who possess the right qualities and demonstrate an innate talent for and understanding of therapeutic massage.

Pay: $58-$61 per hour

Schedule/ Expected Work Hours:

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays
• Availability for at least one PM and one-weekend shift
• Typical shift 5-6 hours: equivalent to four or five 50-minute massages
• Open Monday-Sunday (10 AM-9 PM, Sunday’s until 8 PM)
