Job Description

Are you a results-driven Licensed Massage Therapist passionate about helping people maximize their potential? We are seeking Licensed Massage Therapists interested in a multimodal approach to manual therapy and movement science. The Licensed Massage Therapist will be responsible for:

1. Performing massages of various durations (25, 50, 80, 110 minutes), including deep tissue, sports, prenatal, and Swedish massages, in a professional setting.
2. Analyzing client needs and creating tailored treatment plans.
3. Maintaining cleanliness of treatment rooms after each session and shift.
4. Complying with all state regulations regarding intake forms, waivers, and SOAP notes.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

• A valid license or certification.
• At least one year of experience (candidates with this experience may qualify for an elevated compensation package).
• Ability to generate new business and retain clients through effective treatment programs.
• Availability for evenings and weekends (both part-time and full-time).
• Deep understanding of anatomy and movement related to soft tissue manipulation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A willingness to learn and positive attitude.
• Computer literacy.
• Ethical conduct.
