Compensation Package:

• Base Salary: Enjoy a base service rate (50-minute Swedish massage) ranging from $20.00-$25.00, based on experience and skills.
• Commission: Benefit from an uncapped commission structure, with additional earnings from service upgrades, typically earning an extra $6-$9 per hour from upgrades.
• Tips: Tips average 18% to 25% of the nonmember price, with an average tip of $20-$30 on our base service, increasing with upgrades.

Total Average Earnings: Full-time high performers earn between $65,000 and $88,000 annually, based on 30 service hours/week. Part-time high performers earn between $33,000 and $44,000 annually, based on 15 service hours/week.
