Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive package designed to reward your contributions:

• Base Salary: $20.00-$25.00 for a 50-minute Swedish massage, based on experience and skills.
• Commission: Uncapped, with substantial earning potential based on sales. Service upgrades range from $3-$8, with top performers earning an additional $6-$9 per hour.
• Tips: Typically 18-25% of the nonmember price, averaging $20-$30 on base services, increasing with upgrades. Tips are paid directly via our partner, Tippy.

Total Average Earnings: Full-time therapists typically earn $65,000-$88,000 annually; part-time therapists earn $33,000-$44,000, based on performance and hours worked.
