• Base salary for a 50-minute Swedish massage: $20-$25, based on experience
• Uncapped commission on upgrades and sales, with top performers earning significant additional income
• Tips averaging $20-$30 per service, paid daily

Total earnings: Full-time therapists typically earn $65,000-$88,000 annually; part-time earn $33,000-$44,000, depending on performance and hours.
