Compensation Package

We offer a competitive package designed to reward your contributions:

• Base Salary: $20.00-$25.00 for a 50-minute Swedish massage, based on experience and skills
• Commission: Uncapped, with significant earning potential based on sales performance; upgrades range from $3-$8, with top performers earning an additional $6-$9/hour
• Tips: Average tips of 18%-25% of the nonmember price, typically $20-$30, increasing with upgrades

Total Average Earnings

Full-time therapists typically earn $65,000-$88,000 annually; part-time therapists earn $33,000-$44,000, based on individual performance and service hours.
