Compensation Package:

• Base salary ranging from $20-$25 per 50-minute Swedish massage, based on experience
• Uncapped commission with potential for significant earnings from upgrades and sales
• Tips averaging $20-$30 per service, paid daily

Full-time therapists typically earn between $65,000 and $88,000 annually, while part-time earn $33,000 to $44,000, depending on hours and performance.
