Job summary

Hand & Stone Franchise Corp in Charlotte (Rivergate Shopping Center) is seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist for a part-time role. You can focus on transforming lives through massage while we take care of you, with a supportive team culture and opportunities for advancement.

You will perform Swedish massage and other modalities, adhere to licensing laws, maintain professionalism and cleanliness, and help build a loyal clientele.

Qualifications

• Adhere to state licensing laws and regulations.
• Carry liability insurance.
• Communicate effectively with clients, spa management and staff.
• Knowledge of Swedish Massage required.
• Knowledge of other modalities preferred (Neuromuscular, Myofascial, Trigger Point, Pre-Natal, Craniosacral, Reiki, Deep Tissue), but not required. Hand and Stone offer training in all modalities to our team members!

Responsibilities

• Design specific treatment plans based on client's individual needs.
• Create an excellent experience for members/guests through a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Generate new clientele by promoting member referrals and memberships.
• Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.
