Job summary

Equinox is seeking Licensed Massage Therapists to deliver multimodal manual therapy and integrate movement science into treatment plans. Qualifications

• Must possess a valid CA license or certification.
• Evening and weekend availability is required for both part-time and full-time positions.
• Ability to generate new business and retain clients with treatment programs.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy and movement related to soft tissue manipulation.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and maintain a positive energy.
• Computer literate and ethical conduct.

Responsibilities

• Perform 25, 50, 80, and 110-minute massages (deep tissue, sports, prenatal, Swedish) in a professional setting.
• Analyze client needs and create a programmatic treatment plan.
• Ensure room cleanliness after each treatment and at shift end.
• Maintain compliance with state regulations for intake forms, waivers, and SOAP notes.
