Job summary

The Woodhouse Spas Corporation is seeking Part-time Licensed Massage Therapists to deliver exceptional spa experiences. You will become an expert in multiple modalities and perform 50-, 80-, and 110-minute services, while educating guests on benefits and product lines.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active massage therapist license.
• Ability to perform 50-, 80-, and 110-minute services.
• 5 years of massage experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert in multiple massage modalities.
• Learn and deliver all Woodhouse treatments according to protocols.
• Perform outstanding services for every guest.
• Review guests' charts for important information including contraindications.
• Educate guests on the benefits of the service performed.
• Recommend enhancements and treatments on the spot.
• Perform 5–8 different massages per day.
• Educate guests on products used during the service.
• Retail home care products by explaining benefits and usage.
• Meet or exceed retail sales goals through product recommendations.

Part-time Licensed Massage Therapists earn an estimated $43* - $50k* per year PLUS a GENEROUS, WORLD-CLASS BENEFITS package valued at an estimated $2,000 ANNUALLY.

Responsibilities (essential functions)

• Become an expert in multiple massage modalities
• Learn and deliver all Woodhouse treatments according to award-winning protocols
• Perform outstanding services for every guest
• Review guests' charts for all important information including contraindications
• Educate the guests to the benefits of the service performed
• Recommend additional value-added enhancements and treatments on the spot for guests
• Perform up to 5-8 different massages/body wraps per day
• Educate guests on the products used during the service
• Retail home care products by explaining the benefits and how to use them properly
• Meet or exceed retail sales goals by becoming an expert on product recommendations

• Market WOODHOUSE services to guests for their future visits
• Sanitize the room according to the Sanitation Policy
• Electronically document session notes for every guest
• Organize treatment rooms, preparation areas and changing lounges
• Grow your skills through continuous education
• Abide by all licensing standards set forth by TEXAS DEPT OF LICENSING & REGULATION
• Abide by all protocols and standards as set forth by THE WOODHOUSE SPAS CORPORATION
• Protect WOODHOUSE brand
• Maintain current license

Requirements:

• Active Massage Therapist License
• Stand for up to 6 hours at a time
• Perform 50-, 80- and 110-minute services
• 5 years of massage experience preferred
• Previous luxury spa experience preferred

Working conditions:

• Standing for up to 6 hours at a time
• Walking across spa multiple times during shift and potentially up and down stairs
