The Woodhouse Spas Corporation in Fort Worth, Texas is seeking licensed massage therapists for full-time roles. Earn an estimated $50k–$80k per year plus a generous benefits package and tips.

You will perform a range of Woodhouse treatments, educate guests on services and products, and maintain high hygiene and safety standards. Regular weekend shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Active Massage Therapist License required.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert in multiple massage modalities.
• Learn and deliver all Woodhouse treatments according to award-winning protocols.
• Perform outstanding services for every guest.
• Review guests' charts for important information including contraindications.
• Educate guests on the benefits of the service performed.
• Recommend additional value-added enhancements and treatments on the spot for guests.
• Perform up to 7-8 different massages/body wraps per day.
• Educate guests on products used during the service.
• Retail home care products by explaining benefits and how to use them properly.
• Market Woodhouse services to guests for their future visits.
• Sanitize the room according to the Sanitation Policy.
• Electronically document session notes for every guest.
• Organize treatment rooms, preparation areas and changing lounges.
• Grow skills through continuous education.
• Abide by Texas Department of Licensing & Regulation standards.
• Abide by Woodhouse protocols and standards.
• Protect Woodhouse brand.
• Maintain current license.

We have IMMEDIATE OPPORTUNITIES to join our team. We offer flexible schedules. The LMT is responsible for performing massage therapy, body treatments, and East-Meets-West treatments according to the licensing board, treatment protocols and WOODHOUSE standards.
