Equinox Group is seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist for part-time opportunities at our Orange County club. The role involves multimodal manual therapy, movement science integration, and delivering high‑quality treatment programs to members.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid CA license or certification.
• Licensed Massage Therapists with 1+ year experience may be eligible for elevated compensation.
• Evening and weekend availability required for part-time or full-time roles.
• Solid understanding of anatomy and movement related to soft tissue manipulation.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills; willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Perform 25, 50, 80, and 110-minute deep tissue, sports, prenatal and Swedish massages.
• Analyze client needs and create programmatic treatment plans.
• Ensure room cleanliness and shift end procedures.
• Maintain compliance with state regulations for intake forms, waivers, and SOAP notes.
