You will perform varied massage modalities, maintain room standards, and adhere to state regulations. Evening and weekend availability and a CA license are required, with opportunities for higher compensation for experienced therapists.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid CA license or certification.
• Candidates licensed with 1+ year of experience may be eligible for elevated compensation.
• Ability to generate new business and retain clients by providing treatment programs.
• Evening and weekend availability (Part-time and Full-time).
• In-depth understanding of anatomy and movement related to soft tissue manipulation.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and maintain a positive energy.
• Computer literate and professional.

Responsibilities

• Perform 25, 50, 80, and 110-minute massages (deep tissue, sports, prenatal, Swedish) in a professional setting.
• Analyze client needs and create personalized treatment plans.
• Ensure room cleanliness after each treatment and at shift end.
• Stay compliant with state regulatory boards regarding intake forms, waivers, and SOAP notes.
