Job summary

Massage Envy Germantown is actively seeking licensed massage therapists to join our team. We offer competitive pay with tips, bonuses, and commissions, plus employer-paid health plans for full-time employees and a 401(k) match.

You will perform therapeutic bodywork, communicate client needs, and guide follow-up wellness visits. We provide ongoing education, an AMTA membership at no cost, and a flexible schedule with both full-time and part-time positions.

Qualifications

• Satisfy all licensing requirements to perform services in TN.
• Have a minimum of 500 hours of massage therapy school and a certificate of completion
• Have a genuine passion for improving the lives of others
• Are excited to build on their bodywork mastery with different protocols and products (like Total Body Stretch, Rapid Tension Relief, and more)

Responsibilities

• Perform quality, therapeutic bodywork that meets clients' needs
• Communicate with clients to identify their needs and set clear expectations
• Stay connected to clients throughout each session to achieve the goals of each service
• Recommend follow-up visits and additional services to help clients pursue their wellness goals
