Job summary

Massage Envy Pleasant Prairie is seeking compassionate massage therapists to join our team. We offer a competitive hourly base pay of 29.00–35.00 plus tips, bonuses, and commissions, with full-time benefits including health plans and 401(k).

You will provide therapeutic bodywork, communicate with clients to tailor sessions, and help clients reach wellness goals while enjoying flexible scheduling and ongoing education.

Qualifications

• Must meet licensing requirements to perform services in the state/county/city.
• Minimum 500 hours massage therapy school with certificate of completion.
• Genuine passion for improving the lives of others.
• Open to building mastery with different protocols and products (e.g., Total Body Stretch, Rapid Tension Relief).

Responsibilities

• Perform quality, therapeutic bodywork that meets clients' needs.
• Communicate with clients to identify their needs and set clear expectations.
• Stay connected to clients throughout each session to achieve the goals of each service.
• Recommend follow-up visits and additional services to help clients pursue their wellness goals.
