We offer a complete range of services, both massage and facials. Massage is following all of the current Health Department guidelines as well as the CAMTC. Job Type: Part-time or Full-time

Pay: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week

Key Considerations:

1. Typical schedule is 24 - 30 hours per week.
2. Can have an active CAMTC license and/or 500 hours of MT training from an accredited school.
3. Must have MT insurance and we will need to be added as an additional insured.
4. Design your own breaks. We want you to work to your capability.
5. Earn extra dollars by performing additional add-on services for each guest.
6. Work at one or more of our locations as you prefer. Find the best one for you.

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Provide excellent Guest service. Able to perform in 50, 80, and potentially 110 minute sessions.
2. Comfortable with both Swedish, Deep Tissue. Willing to do pre-natal and sports massage as needed, customized with Massage Heights training.
3. Educate Guests on services, products and programs available to meet their needs.
4. Link therapeutic products to your service to enhance the Guest’s experience at home.
5. Create and maintain positive relationships with Guests and Team Members.
6. Be open and willing to work a variety of shifts and hours. (A mix of weekday and weekend)

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Comply with local and state licensing laws and regulations.
2. Carry personal liability insurance, plus Hot Stone endorsement is mandatory.
3. Be Guest service oriented and communicate effectively with Guests.
4. Capable of at least deep tissue, Swedish and maternity massage modalities.
5. Be a team player, work an established work schedule, reliable and prompt.
6. Wellness and well being is something you understand, support, and practice.

This is a no drama, very healthy environment. Must have similar values. We are also not like Massage Envy, Hand & Stone, or Elements. We are a franchise, but with a very local hands-on approach to things. In fact, over 50% of our team has now been with us from 1 - 3 years and longer. Some have been with us for over 8 years. Hundreds of guests each month.

We are looking for a variety of shifts. The shift we are trying to fill right now is somewhat flexible as we are just trying to keep up with the demand. So, let us know when you can work and we will match that to our available schedules. You must be able to work at least 24 - 30 hours/week overall, so a minimum of 3 - 4 days/week. We will need you to work Sunday from 9am - 3pm, or 10am - 6pm, then some other days that can include Saturday (optional), and 2 or 3 other days mostly afternoon to evening (3pm - 9pm).

Compensation: Base Compensation, plus Bonus + Commission and Dental/Vision Base pay for sessions, then extras for requests, services, and retail, plus your tips. Our therapists will typically earn $25 - $35 per service hour, plus tips which are typically $20 - $30, so a total of $45 - $65/hour.
