Compensation Package: We offer a competitive package to reward your contributions:

• Base Salary: $20.00-$25.00 for a 50-minute Swedish massage, depending on experience and skills
• Commission: Uncapped, based on sales, with upgrades earning $3-$8, and top performers earning $6-$9 per hour from upgrades
• Tips: Averaging 18%-25% of the nonmember price, typically $20-$30, increasing with upgrades

Total Average Earnings: Full-time therapists typically earn $65,000-$88,000 annually; part-time therapists earn $33,000-$44,000, based on 30 and 15 service hours/week respectively.
